National Park Service Turns 100
As Americans, it is our responsibility to be stewards of this gorgeous land and to preserve its beauty for future generations. Today marks 100 years of the National Park Service preserving and protecting 59 parks around the country. In Colorado, our environment is an important part of our identity and it is a privilege to enjoy and protect this land.

Red Rocks Community College Completes Arvada Campus Expansion

This month we celebrated the completion of Red Rocks Community College’s Arvada campus expansion. This $22.5 million expansion – the largest in the history of the college -  triples the size and capacity of the current campus located in Arvada.

The Arvada campus will now house all of the college’s health professions programs in one place and will host more than four times the current number of faculty and staff. I am proud of the work Red Rocks Community College does every day and I look forward to celebrating future accomplishments of the school and its students in the years to come.
