Applications Due March 31

U.S. Rep. Ed Perlmutter (CO-07) is now accepting applications from high school students in the 7th Congressional District who would like to serve as a Page in the United States House of Representatives this summer from July 6 to August 1, 2008.

Congressional Pages play an important role in the life and work of Congress, calling members to votes, acting as couriers, and performing other duties. Selection is highly competitive.

Below are the requirements for application through Perlmutter’s office:

• Applicant must be 16 prior to July 6, 2008
• Have completed the 10th grade but not entered into the 12th grade
• Have a 3.0 GPA in all major subjects
