Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO) and Rep. Denny Heck (D-WA) , along with 14 other Democratic members of Congress, sent a letter to federal regulators Wednesday urging them to implement guidance to allow licensed marijuana businesses to have access to banking services.
