Ed Perlmutter (CO-07) successfully included an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 that would allow mixed use development on nearly 1,000 acres in Commerce City near the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.
