Project description:  The CELL is a 501c3 developing an educational platform to deliver the center's content, and related response and preparedness programs to Denver community groups, businesses, and students in conjunction with federal, state, and local law enforcement, public safety officials, and local secondary education and university officials.  With the interactive exhibit at its core, the goal is for The CELL to ultimately become a regional and national center for these types of important educational and outreach programs.

Use of Taxpayer Dollars:  This is a wise use of taxpayer dollars because it will educate the greater community about the philosophical and social trends which foster terrorism, the tactics they use, and preventative measure which can be taken to secure our nation.
