Recovery Act Creating Jobs for Small Business

I am proud to announce Lakewood based, Native American Technologies received a Recovery Act grant for a wind turbine project allowing them to hire additional staff and continue their work on changing the way we power this nation. The Recovery Act first and foremost is about creating jobs and a 21st Century workforce. Small businesses are the economic engine driving this nation and Native Technologies are a prefect example of the American entrepreneurial spirit. “These funds have given us the ability to increase our staff by 30%, and a Colorado company will be leading the world in research and development of very large towers to produce lower cost and more reliable wind energy,” stated Dr. Jerry Jones, Chief Scientist for Native American Technologies. |
